We get straight to work when orders come through. This might involve cutting supplies to size, printing resources and ordering additional stock. If you would like to discuss your order please email hello@mayinspire.co.uk as soon as possible, using the email address you ordered with.

RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase and want to keep it forever. However, things go wrong and people change their mind. We understand this and want to help as much as our itty bitty business can. Please email hello@mayinspire.co.uk using the email address you ordered with, quoting your order number.

 

If a return is agreed we will email you the return address in Southampton. You will be responsible for return postage charges, unless the return is due to a fault of ours. Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received.

DELIVERY

Delivery to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Delivery is £4.70 per order and will be delivered between 5-7 working days.

 

Orders over £30 are eligible for free delivery.

 

Posted items will be sent using recorded delivery using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or a courier service.

 

If you live in Southampton, we may be able to offer local delivery at a reduced cost. Please email hello@mayinspire.co.uk.

If you have ordered a craft kit to craft along with an online class, it is your responsibility to order at least 7 days before the digital event. Mayinspire takes no responsibility for kits which arrive after the online workshop, if delivered within 7 days of ordering. Mayinspire will however aim to run the digital workshop again or record it, so you can join in at a later day; this is however down to the discretion of Mayinspire and there is no guarantee.
